She truly is BRILLANT!  I wish I had this when I had younger kids!

Wait....I still have kids and they show up almost every weekend! They are great and they cook a lot of the time.  But lets face it the question "What is for Dinner? starts with me, mom!"  Truthfully sometimes I resent it.  I have a life, thankyou very much!!  Sometimes my best GROOVE time is around Dinner time!  Yes it takes me a few hours to get going.  But trully the rest of the day is my prep time.  Getting my mind in order, letting my ADHD meds take effect...  Seriously, I think this will always be an age old question! 

When I had little kids and I had to make dinner, I was prepared.  I made sure I had what I needed, the usual, mac n cheese, bread, PB&J, chicken, spaghetti, mac n cheese, bread, PB&J, chicken.....  boring but reliable. 

I truly thought real good YUMMY food would be too expensive and too time consuming. HEY just to be clear, I can cook!  AND I am a GOOD COOK, but it took time, prep, lots of cleanup. 

So.....where am I now.  Almost an empty nester, but cooking for two is not any easier!!
Brad is awesome and would eat mac n cheese, PB&J, soup etc.  But I want more than that.  But... I don't want to spend all day in the kitchen.  But I want all the credit, kisses, the wowo you are amazing look in his eyes!   (did I mention kisses?)  we all know good food and kisses are like PB&J...  Well... enter the Food Nanny!  Her BRILLIANT plan is just what this
girl needed!
