Stake conference- someone we know!

Sister Gaye England,  first off thank you for sharing such personal moments of your life.  She talks about growing up in the church, being married in the temple ... But she had fallen away from the church for 25 years, but not the Gospel. During that time, Sister England focused on her music, and her family.  She was still lonely, something was missing.  The Lord decided it was time to go get Sister England... Knock on the door and it was the Bishop and an invitation of a calling....music....it was just the carrot Gaye needed...she said Yes!  Loving her calling, but she still had not been converted...

Sister England leaned on the testimonies of others until she could find her own...
But she was looking for her own and relied on her faith to face her own journey....finding and needing a foundation to help her to stand in her own crisis in her life without faltering.

Deciding to read the scriptures .....really read the scriptures ...not just to get through them...but she still couldn't pick them up...

Enters ....the Book of Mormon class....Sister England decided that she could go to the class.  After all
if the class was boring she could just stop going....

Well, I have been to the class and Gaye is always there.....that is a testimony in its own right!

***personal note....we love you Gaye, you are such a great spirit in our ward and a bright light in our
Relief Society....the spirit is so strong in Gaye... Yep..she is a crier.  You can see the spirit touch her during the lessons...ok ..there are lots of criers in our ward...it is good !

Sister Ziner- Missionary work is not easy!
They need our help to do the Savior's work! She goes on to say,
They know we are behind them - let's be arm and arm with them!
