I am a doer! A fixer!
(I couldn't take it anymore, my bedroom needed help! still in progress, but a 1970's closet rod and some lights are helping!)
12 hours later!
$11.00 garage hardware, closet rod from downstair closet, lights for outdoors, two great flower pics with nothing to go with them, 2 black frames I have had forever, one awesome scrapbook paper book, 1 old window, and 4 flower prints -
plus my personal favorite a "tiffany" lamp - that I bought at a consignment shop, where I though I got an amazing deal! ...
Got home and in bag was a note that read and I quote "thank you for buying this lamp. However, the lamp was red, green and white. I didn't like the white, so I colored in the white areas with a green and a red sharpie! I am sure you can get it off with alcohol if you so desire. Enjoy" When you turn the light on you can see that she did indeed color in the white parts! I however, am just as good with a sharpie and a cotton ball with alcohol! Love it - it works!
I like to think of the New Year as "Happy Renewal Year"
Each
new year brings a chance for change and the opportunity to choose to
make some changes!" I am choosing to take my house back from all the
"visitors" and make it mine! If they can make it work for them, then
they can stay! Otherwise they can "visit"someone else. So that is my
plan. I have decided that I need to clean out my garage and my storage
unit and get my house together. Old closet rods, old doors, old
windows, picture frames, furniture from our old house that doesn't work
in the Utah house, some junk and some I had plans for. If it was up to
me I would keep it all but I can't. So I decide to help myself, help
myself and come up with perimeters to Love it or List it on KSL.

Ok I have had a ball...just a quick look at what I have been up to...
Tired of keeping all my kids keepsakes ...so each has a shadow box, with all their important events, college acceptance letters, pics of them young and old all hung in my office!
This piece is still in progress! I was going to List it but now I love it!
